Simulated office requires that as groups we follow the exact process one would in the professional environment. Our client was Kannemeyer primary school. I was fortunate in that my design was selected to be executed for our 'office'. The brief was for a new school hall and subsidiary facilities. The urban strategey involved executing the layout such that there would be access control but also extened use. The goal was to use the intervention as a means of improving the community at large by providing a facilty useable for functions, sports clubs and communnity events.
